Diane Smalley began her natural health studies at the Pacific College of Naturopathic Medicine in 1979, after graduating from the University of Colorado with a degree in Theater & Dance in 1977. With a foundation in Western natural medical principles, she went on to an apprenticeship with Raymond Himmel in Mill Valley. In 1985, she received her California state license and has maintained a private practice through the present. Her main teachers in herbal medicine are Silena Heron, Andrew Gamble and Randall Roffe. Diane has added to her education with the Upledger Institute in CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation and Lymph Drainage Therapy; and with Jin Shin Jyutsu.
