"What I appreciate the most about acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine is that it treats the whole person and is not solely focused on a person's disease symptoms.   The treatment approach factors in a client's physical, mental, emotional self.  I find that this is why acupuncture can often very effectively treat such disorders as depression, anxiety, insomnia.   My training as a physician assistant has allowed me to work closely with primary care providers and specialists over the years and I've come to find out how effectively Eastern and Western medicine can work together, thus providing more comprehensive care for patients."
