I’m so honored that you have decided to work with me on your journey to Health and Wellness! For the best outcome for Health and Wellness Coaching, commitment, communication, and respect are key. My policies outlined below are meant to reflect those values. Emergencies and special circumstances occur and will be handled on a case by case basis, but generally, the policies below apply to ALL services I offer.
Every session is and will remain fully confidential. Honesty and vulnerability is best fostered in an atmosphere of trust.
I believe client confidentiality best exemplifies this.
Every session is scheduled in advance. No-shows, reschedule requests or cancellations received without adequate notice (at least 24 hours) will be charged full price for the missed session.
In order to honor my time and that of other clients, please note that if you are late, we will need to end at the specified time. If you are not available within the first 15 minutes of the appointment time, I will assume that you have cancelled.
There are no refunds for Coaching services because once I spend my time with you, I am unable to recover that time back. Please understand that I cannot guarantee results for coaching as the results depend on you; your openness to coaching and the effort you put into it.
If you are not completely satisfied with your investment in coaching services with me and you have purchased a coaching bundle, please let me know as soon as possible and we can discuss a financial plan of action. Although rare, on occasion a coach and a client may not be a good fit and the best way to move forward is for both parties to go their separate ways.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full 48 hours prior to the session. If not received, I will unfortunately need to cancel the session.
Life happens and circumstances may prevent you from starting or even completing your coaching within an appropriate timeline. However, if you pay for coaching services and fail to start or have your initial session with six (6) months of your initial payment, you forfeit any payments received and no refunds will be issued. I will do everything I can to provide you with a comparable service through a digital product or online program within one (1) year of your initial payment; however, 1:1 coaching services are not guaranteed, as coaching program offerings and pricing may have changed since your initial payment. After one (1) year from your initial payment, you will be required to contract for new and existing coaching services.
